Shayishe Resources (Private) Limited is a Zimbabwean-registered holding company incorporated in 2023 under the Companies and Other Business Entities Act (Chapter 24:31). Its mandate is to build a disciplined, multi-divisional enterprise that strengthens African industry — through consulting excellence, purpose-built technology, agro-industrial manufacturing, and reliable healthcare supply.
Each division is designed to reinforce the others. Operational intelligence gathered through consulting engagements informs our technology roadmap; the same World-Class Manufacturing discipline anchors our agro-processing and healthcare supply operations.
